The jars are almost cylindrical in shape but are slightly smaller at the base and wider at the mouth making it easier to withdraw foodstuffs from them. The lids have knobs to them that are made out of the same material, and make it easier to open them.
The size of these items is perfectly suited to their intended use as beverage storage vessels - ie not huge. This product can be cleaned through hand washing as the preferred method.
